The Fidesz deep state is massive, but it is also suffering from a massive Achilles heel. If Magyar can get a supermajority, all he has to do to replace them is to just make a proposal in the Assembly, and it will be done. Fidesz is not as entrenched as Putin’s United Russia or Lukashenka’s regime. If they lose massively, they will wither away, as it is tradition in hungarian politics.
