Yeah how are they going to enforce that? She’s obviously just grandstanding for her voter base, but still yet. The logistics of such a thing would be a nightmare. All people would have to do is lie about who they voted for, use VPNs, and setup all kinds of workarounds for that.
The sheer cost of the fed government trying to clamp down on Internet use for individuals would be enormous and insanely inefficient and rankly ineffective. People will always find a way around it.

So she is proposing 1) that we get rid of anonymous voting (and supposedly after the fact and somehow matching all the ballots to the correct voter) and 2) ordering someone to develop the most advanced virus in history that tracks and blocks all the relevant voters.
