Far-left plot to seize control of the LAPD — as cops warn they will destroy the city

It’s not far from what’s been happening for a long time. The mayor, city council, and police oversight committee (which is all civilians) is all left wing. In the LAPD the mayor has final approval over who is the Chief, so the Chief basically becomes the mayors lap dog.
