Posting this because there’s a billion charts and I love charts.

This was interesting:

> The results show no strong differences by education or region of the country. However, there are significant differences by party identification.

I’m curious whether this is a temporary phase or will be long-lasting

    YEAH TRIBALISM LETS FUCKIN GOOOOOOOOO

    BOYS RULE GIRLS DROOL

Seriously though, can we have like a temporary ban on genderwar articles for like a week?

  2. As there is a big gender gap in young people who say religion is very important to them but a tiny gender gap in actual attendance among young people, I want to guess that the difference is men are more likely to talk about religion online without actually going.

Source: my butt (please don’t make me analyze religious Reddit)

  3. Republicans are somehow becoming more religious and less connected to religion at the same time.

    Bizarre times we’re living in.

  4. Any uptick in religion is just an extension of political polarization. There aren’t more true believers it’s just people who are conservative and thereby think they must be religious. Ryan Burge has touched upon this. The amount actually practicing and attending are declining.

If you refuse to fight in the Gender War, you’re going to get a letter from the draft board.

  6. Even with declining attendance, Christiandom is still a useful tool for preserving traditional hierarchy, so it’s not surprising. The Bible was Manosphere content before Manosphere content.

    >1 Corinthians 14:34 “Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. 35 If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.”

    Paul was OG.

  7. It’s too early to tell if the latest data is an anomaly or if the trend is reversing. It’s been steadily trending down for years.

  8. They’re all cosplay Catholics. I guarantee you it’s all about the lore, the relics, the outfits, the mysticism, and the cathedrals.

  9. I’d like to add an anecdote here that is neither insightful nor even particularly useful.

I’ve been involved with quite a few Catholic young adult groups over the past few years. And at every single one, there are more women than men, and a lot of the women there are actively searching for a partner.

To me, it almost felt like a dating life-hack in a world where men lament how impossible it is to find a relationship in a world of app-based dating.

The irony is most of the men I know (including myself) got involved in these groups after they married a Catholic girl who pushed them to grow in their faith. And all of the single men I know aren’t interested in dating a Catholic.

I’m convinced this is a natural outgrowth of the hellscape that is modern dating.
