Sotomayor and other liberal justices need to understand that “upbringing” shouldn’t have anything to do with decisions the supreme Court makes.
Only metrics should be is it Inline with the Constitution or not (origninalism).
Judicial activism (especially in supreme Court) has been cancer in our country where unelected justices “read rights” in the constitution to that extent that they are amending Constitution with 0 accountability (Roe v Wade is the best example, where they declared that abortion is in constitution). Hopefully Trump gets to put more originalist to the Supreme Court and they continue to push back on other activist BS for several decades to come
