This is important because it shows, as always, they don’t actually give a shit about the will of the people, just what power they can grab and there is no sin they will not gleefully commit as long as they can get one more iota of power.

How can you block a constitutional amendment from being certified? There clearly isn’t even the remote idea of a justification.

I do think the VA Supreme Court will rule that the referendum wasn’t constitutional on procedural grounds.
This sub may not like it but the process that the Virginia legislature followed to get the referendum to a vote violated the state constitution on like 3 points.
