Supreme Court would strike this down. They are grasping at straws for how to use all this “AI” they invested in.
The entire country could not buy a new 2027 car for a year and fix this quickly.

I would agree with us already being surveilled at anytime. Hell we are all in files for being on this thread. Mostly wont be affected by it.
But is that a reason to accept it as commonplace and no longer worth challenging?
Problem with surveillance isnt the amount its done or the amount of avenues they have.
Its how its used. And who decides how.
It can be useful in some scenarios but dangerous in others.
