Erika Kirk does NOT legally qualify as the victim representative.
She filed to invoke speedy trial rights as Charlie’s widow… but Utah law explicitly disqualifies anyone who “appears to be accountable or otherwise criminally involved” in the crime.
The statute is crystal clear: if there is even the appearance of involvement or suspicion, you’re out.
And Erika’s alibi? It keeps changing:
Hospital parking lot with her mom?
At the airport?
Or was she at the Hopkinson Aircraft office when she got the news?
Why can’t we get a straight story months later?

On a separate note: After Joe Kent resigned as Former Director of the United States National Counterterrorism Center, he openly stated in interviews that the Trump administration explicitly reprimanded him for wanting to look into the circumstances surrounding Charlie Kirk’s peculiar assassination and how the arrested suspect the FBI had produced didn’t seem to make any sense as the culprit.
