I work for a company that didn’t shut down its Russian operations fast enough for Reddit (it was a combo of being the type of factory you can’t shut off without needing to tear it down later, and that the Russians threatened to arrest all of our employees) and like clockwork the comments about how we’re going to be boycotted showed up. We did sell the plant to someone in Russia.
I am an analyst and have access to Circana POS data. Our sales went up. I take boycotts and protests (with very limited exceptions) with a big ass hunk of salt. Most of it is performative nonsense.

Performative nonsense from the loudest and most annoying people on the planet. Atleast they’re not being destructive though (for once).
