Massive blow to democrats, who tried to gerrymander their districts to 10-1 democrat. I guess the voters can’t just do whatever the hell they want to.
For the record, I’m fine with changing electoral maps if they are reflective of genuine changes in the state’s population makeup. I’m opposed to changing these maps solely for the purpose of excluding, or disenfranchising, voters of one party or the other.
If blue states gain legitimate population (not counting illegal aliens), they should pick up representation. If they lose legitimate population, then they lose representation. Same goes for republican red states.
