In a world that made sense, I would say that if any agency in the US government possessed cia documents which the cia wished to keep hidden, they would have been false, mostly worthless leads in the documents to begin with – like crumbs tossed out to mislead away from the juicy morsels, with no need to seize them.
But, we seem to be living now in a reality where the US government and its agencies are riddled with incompetence and error..
