Watching this movie back then, and it was just…a great movie. Re-watching today?? Man was that film ahead of it's time. Which brings me to the discussion part of the post? Does anyone here believe in "predictive programming" How's it possible I can compare/contrast a 27 year old movie better in current time's then I could in 1998? I mean some of the thing's in that film, even the dialog, is all SPOT ON. Quite a few direct references to event's that have actually happened within that 27 year old timeline. Anyway excellent movie. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it and encourage you to re-watch it again in present time. Your head will spin.

Edit: RIP Gene Hackman

Predictive programming is based on Laplace’s demon. In theory an A.I. or super computer can calculate everything that happened in the past and predict every outcome in the future if it knows the trajectory of every atom in the universe using classical mechanics. This would imply that this computer has been around for quite sometime.
