There are no genuine CIA whistleblowers, at least not in the original meaning of the term. What you mostly see are either official or unofficial spokespeople, or individuals on social media trying to generate attention and monetize their image. The only possible exception might be John Kiriakou, but even there, there’s no way to prove that certain narratives or omissions weren’t coordinated behind the scenes.

None of these people on YouTube will ever release anything that isn’t beneficial to them in some way. Financially, reputationally, or otherwise. That’s exactly why they can openly show their faces, run verified channels, and sign sponsorship deals. If they were actually talking about something that could seriously compromise or embarrass these agencies, they would disappear long before anyone had the chance to subscribe to their channel.

In the field of national security, there is no real way to ‘blow the whistle.’ You can either function as a spokesperson, official or unofficial, or you’re treated like a hostile foreign asset.

We knew it was from a lab when you googled ‘Coronavirus Wuhan’ and it gave results showing the coronavirus lab.
