Interesting, especially the stuff on the ICC. There are no investigations related to China, nor can I really see any on the horizon. So, curious as to why its an issue for them beyond disagreements over national sovereignty (not that the court has any jurisdiction in China, or any neighbours besides South Korea, Japan and Mongolia).

But what exactly did Xi say on Ukraine? Just that Putin might regret it? I don’t really see anything else in the article, unless I somehow missed it.
