That news article that came out around the time of the Venezuela attack that said the American government (maybe CIA?) got their hands on the tech behind Havana Syndrome was hilarious to me. Super convenient timing considering the weapon that was reportedly used in Venezuela. It’s clear to me that the US has had this tech for a much longer time than they’d have you think.
add graphene to people which collects in the brain….. which as pretty much everyone on this sub knows was found in some of the covid vax lots.
and graphene and frequencies have been used for years for commercial applications where people with alzheimers or other neurological diseases can perform better when implants are made in the brain to conduct frequencies that are transmitted to them
