A baseline cannot be a fake image that doesn’t replicate the conditions.
If you want a baseline, replicate the lighting conditions for comparison.
If you check previous videos of the guy, you can see the area being very weird. I guess they tried to cover the throat are with smg and it peeled off. Case solved.
