A few weeks ago I asked my wife to pick a scab. She handed it to me and I realized it was a tick. I found another one on me today. And I’m not the only one. A couple friends, in unrelated incidents, who live in the city a little farther away from me have also said they found ticks on them. I’m also not in the country at all, very urban area. Then, there are reports from a farmer (or a guy that knew a farmer?) that a box of ticks showed up on the property(unfounded and dubious at best, still kinda interesting). Finally, the biggest, is that there is documented congressional language that the US DoD MAY have developed and/or proliferated Lyme disease as part of a bioweapons program: https://jonfleetwood.substack.com/p/investigation-into-us-military-bioweapons
My question is IF this is a conspiracy, then why? Is some 3 letter organization or another entity using ticks to spread disease among the population?

I never did figure out why exactly.
I think it was testing weapons for use on other countries that got out of hand, perhaps infiltrated.
Development, its evil, but they thought the Communists were doing everything and anything back then so they had to do it first, so I understand that.
The leaking or spreading of Lyme diseased ticks as a weapons vector on your own soils signals subterfuge, incompetence, treason, or infiltration.
It seems to me that since everyone knows they come from North America, created or not, the assumption of innocence given an attack on other countries is gone.
This sounds like the biggest mess up in history, an own goal, or successful subterfuge possibly by a double agent.
