This is why they want to ration power to help data centres have it instead. The whole “ the oil is running out, or the world is burning from extreme heat” is going to take on a whole new meaning.
Imagine living near one of these or birds that used to have flight paths near them.

They see your consumption as vulgar, while their need for energy is progressive. We are the problem to them, they need these data centers because we are threatening to them. They know they’ve gone too far, and as long as we sit still they keep going.
