9/11-Not all the hard drives were destroyed.

Found another old article, it had me wondering about all those computers in the twin towers. What else could have been on them, other than work files? CBS also reports some loss of records. There were over 50,000 computers in the two World Trade Center towers, yet almost no remnants of them were ever found at the World Trade Center.

Now this is just me thinking here: What if some hard drives were intentionally removed before the collapse? If any could have some sort of evidence?
