People are the only answer. The only way the government gets money is from people. The only way government gets power is by using the money they take from people. If everyone is in jail for tax evasion, for example (which we don’t have the space for), the government has no money or power. They try to fine people but the people say fuck off. The billionaires lose money because their systems/companies don’t work without the poorly-paid servants. The people vote those in power out, effectively resetting the system. Everybody wins.
