Going to be hilarious how liberals find a way to hate on this one.😆
This is huge for the average person trying to buy their first home.
This is stupid. Government should not be in the business of deciding who or who can’t buy private property.
However, institutional investors are a tiny % of the market, and there are plenty o carveouts in this bill so I guess it will effectively be more virtue signaling than have any real effect.
The better parts of this bill reduce regulatory burden to building new houses.
This is a supply side issue, not demand.
