Idk anything about this guy’s credentials or what he’s applying to, but jobs are not going to spend time getting to know you the person, they only care about you the candidate, during the hiring process.

I would suggest he get a haircut to start. Not a buzz cut, something short and stylish. I’ve never heard people complain about short hair on a dude.
