The President can get around this somewhat by banning entry into the USA for any pregnant woman in third trimester, which is usually recommended by doctors anyway.
That, and not allowing anyone in illegally will accomplish most of this goal.

Amy Coney Barrett was always an awful pick in 2020. Any conservative who went to law school would tell you, legal academia is not to be trusted.
Barbara Lagoa was the right pick if you NEEDED to play the stupid DEI game of “we must replace RBG with a woman.” Shes a staunch anti-communist who has done excellently in Florida. Could’ve even gotten bonus points on the 2020 standards since she’s Hispanic
