Hopefully and open and shut case with a ruling in favor of the 2A, striking down all weapons bans across the states. IMO, SCOTUS should just nuke any and all attempts at weapons bans nationwide.

ITs literally a no brainer but in todays day who the hell knows. An AR15 is literally no different from any other rifle other than its scary looking. If the supreme courts upholds a “scary looking” defense, this world is done for.

Looking forward to the other side try to define what a Assault Weapon is. They did such a bang up job on defining Women for the current case so this should be easy for them. 😛

I have little faith and it will come as a great surprise if they rule in our favor.
They have a history of providing a slight glimmer of hope and not expanding on it.
