As discussed, I think the supreme court got it wrong, and I don't believe that unrestricted birthright citizenship was the intent of the Constitutional framers.

They did get it wrong as the 14th was meant for slaves freed after the war.
You would think Democrats and their Leftists would know this, but when one is ignorant of history, one never learns.
Unfortunately the wording makes it difficult. No one wants this gone more than I do but they need to change the law if they want to get rid of it. Justices made the mistake before with saying abortion was covered and that was an overreach. I don’t want them to overreach again.
