Sort of. Was he a whistleblower? Yes. Did he serve jail time for it? Also yes. But if he truly 'exposed' valuable secrets about the CIA and its operations, the man would have been dead 4 years ago, or given a lengthier sentence.
Nowadays you can see him on podcasts talking about conspiracies regarding other people such as Benjamin Netanyahu and Jeffrey Epstein. People forget that said podcasts are still owned under companies/post their content on platforms owned by corporations.
He isn't telling anyone anything the CIA doesn't want you to know, and he's doing a very good job at it. There is no such thing as a 'former CIA officer,' but there is such thing as a dead man.
