“Gmax” is Ghislaine Maxwell. She’s emailing Jeffrey Epstein, joking about rescinding the statehood of Hawaii so that Obama would be ineligible as President (Hawaii was a territory before 1959). This was in 2011 when there was the “birther” movement claiming Obama was born in Kenya.
