I was just looking at some of the videos and pictures of the buckling building in New York and it’s odd to see cement pillars, buckling, but the windows right next to them intact.

I see light coming through so the wall might have delaminated away from the building while the floor above sagged. But I’m no structural engineer.
No idea what’s goin on here but I’m here for it that’s crazy
Windows aren’t structural. Hope that helps.
