“…They imprisoned him for making a website” Careful you sound like a leftist with how much context you seemingly left out on purpose. That’s the problem when you make billions of dollars by committing crimes, the profits are going to be seized by big brother….

1930s all over again at the USA, back then with the gold confiscation and now this.

Governments do not want your economic autonomy, they want you under their dependency so they can maintain their hegemony.

Remember when Bitcoin was supposed to protect people from getting their assets seized but actually turned into a government honey pot to track illegal or illicit transactions. Nakamoto is the US Gov.

Wasnt his web site a dark web node to buy and sell illicit drugs? Maybe I am thinking about the wrong guy.

  5. Did you forget that he put hits out on people?

*And it’s official. Murder is now legal in r/libertarian.*

  6. Reason to not use Bitcoin #1

    It’s literally public data.

All the government needs to do is catch your BIG ASS transactions and they have you. They have everyone you’ve ever transacted with, they have everything they need to nail you for life.

Use monero or wownero(monero but with a hard coin limit). You may be thinking “but Bitcoin has first movers”, so did seashells at one point. The best money will win, and that money will be monero/wownero at the moment.

  7. Not a fan of government but “imprisoned him for creating a website” is a bit like saying human traffickers are arrested for driving a truck.

Trump is worth a shot if libertarians want to get further in politics not our proudest moment but it’s a foot in the door
