    I’m confused, don’t states have this right already? Nobody forced any of the states to comply with DST and I believe they already have the right to not observe it. Plus it’s voluntary as it clearly says, so states can just keep everyone changing their clocks.

    I’m not sure why this is even something that needs voted and I’m equally confused on people fighting it, it’s voluntary, just don’t change the rules in the state.
