Found a literal ghost jet on video. The FAA registry says it doesn’t exist

saw this planespotting clip on youtube and looked up the tail number out of curiosity. thought it'd be some rich guy's charter llc or shell company.

instead the registry lists it under "SBS PRGM OFC" (surveillance and broadcast services) at 800 Independence Ave SW. that's literally FAA headquarters in DC.

reserved on a leap day (02/29/2020). purge date is 99/99/9999 which means it basically never expires.

the jet is clearly flying , but the FAA is hiding the owner behind their own surveillance office. the youtube channel literally titled the video "Lilu Supreme Intelligence". who is this woman and why does she have a black budget jet?
