This was an absolutely phenomenal interview and I would strongly recommend anyone interested in foreign policy and/or American economic/industrial policy give it a listen.
Iβd never heard Rudd speak before and the guy is incredibly impressive. It gives me hope that countries choose leaders that are this smart.
Hopefully we can get back to that. As he notes, we will need that kind of thoughtful leadership to address the challenges Chinaβs ambitions present.
