Unless the state of New York is a signitory to the relavent ICC treaty one would fail to see Mr. Mamdani’s locus standi (ie his standing to bring a case).

Mamdani just needs to worry about NYC. I find it borderline treasonous how he is trying to meddle in foreign affairs like this and the Iran talks that were scheduled in “error”.
