Great, then their AI models are either fully aware of special considerations that have to be made and the nature of certain datasets fed into it and are continuing to operate *or the some of the creators of the AI models have intentionally bypassed those considerations knowingly.*
And said models are setup and aware of legal considerations in addition are aware of their expectations to comply with laws. Yet data fed to these models may be indicating to them that some datasets are potentially obtained unlawfully.
