I really don’t mind LEGAL immigrants here working in farming communities.
As long as they have valid work visas and are assured that they will go back home when they are done.
What we need is a way to assure they go back after the harvest season is done.

Not as currently formulated. 3 year visa (vice 1) no requirement for showing necessity, and no requirement that they return to country of origin after visa is over. This is backdoor amnesty for permanent status. No way.
