JD Vance can publish a book while serving as VP. But we’re still at war. It’s all good though…

The more I started thinking about it last night I couldn’t get it out of my head.
I’m glad they have time for other ventures and revenue streams while serving in public office. However, we’re also in the midst of a war.
How is this okay?
Maybe if they were confined to a room, unable to leave or receive a paycheck or any other source of comfort until the crisis or war is resolved, they might be more focused on their duties.
Instead, they continue to live their cushy lives, buying islands, publishing books, and creating monuments after themselves. What a distorted reality we’ve allowed for them.
The term “public servant” is an absolute fucking joke.
