Transparency laws reveal the winner of $1.8-billion Powerball. It’s the brother of the mayor of a small Arkansas city

On December 23rd of last year, the biggest Powerball jackpot was won by Tracy Hartwick, whose brother is the Mayor of a small city called North Little Rock. The Mayor, Terry Hartwick, was recently [accused and found not guilty](https://katv.com/news/local/no-charges-will-be-filed-against-nlr-mayor-terry-hartwick-after-asp-investigation) of being inappropriate with 2 school age girls.

Between the whole thing with Epstein’s Zorro Ranch estate hitting an $85 million Powerball jackpot in 2008, right before he turned himself in for his 2007 charges, and now this, someone needs to take a hard look at Powerball.

I’ve always thought it was strange that all these giant mega jackpots get drawn in Bumblefuck, USA when all of the tickets are sold in the more densely populated areas. Yet the big ticket is always won by someone in the middle of nowhere comparatively speaking.

This Mayor, the brother, Powerball, the whole thing is fishy.
