Data center policies have been a hot topic in the forum. There have been a lot of discussions about energy use, land use, water use, etc. The public HATES data center development. I suspect a lot of that is due to actual bad political dealing on a few major projects, which gives the whole industry a bad reputation. This seems like an example of one.
