Par for the course with his lazy butt.
Heaven forbid our congressmen do the job they were elected for. Sessions take away from their precious tee times.
They don’t have 50 votes, period. No amount of arm twisting gets around that, and the bill failing to pass outright would hurt worse than it currently sitting with Schrodinger’s Cat.
