Did you know in 2009 Pfizer plead guilty to misbranding a drug with intent to defraud or mislead, bribing doctors and suppressing adverse trial results. Pfizer was required to pay a settlement of $2.3 Billion to the Department of Justice, the 2nd largest healthcare fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice at the time. Pfizer has paid over $10 billion in settlements for offenses like unapproved promotion of medical products, equipment safety and environmental violation, false claim and foreign corrupt practices. Scott Gottlieb is a former FDA Commissioner and is currently a board member for Pfizer. In the past 40 years, 9 of the 10 FDA Commissioners have worked for pharmaceutical companies after leaving the FDA. Reuter is the company responsible for the fact checking on Twitter and Facebook. Jim Smith is the Chairman of Reuters Foundation and also a board member for Pfizer. The only FDA approved treatment for covid at the time was Remdesiver. Pfizer has an agreement with Gilead, the owners of Remdesiver to manufacture the drug. Pfizer makes large contributions to mainstream media outlets like CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC. Everything I’ve just stated is 100% factual and can be easily verified via a quick google search.

  1. HefferTomkins on

I will just keep trusting the science because it’s all peer reviewed and safe and permissable by those who really care about me and I need my firmware updates.

One thing I’ve learned from Covid is that people have an uncanny ability to be narratively inseminated and to believe and perpetuate insanity without any instinctive interference. I watched “adults” by the millions succumb to absurdity that even children would reject. And they did it eagerly, supposing the virture and correctedness in their actions. Ever certain that they were right.

And then you can extend this characteristic of the herd that the social engineers command with the mere suggestion, however weak and absurd, to all sorts of [current thing] topics; global warming, anti-boomer narratives (we are eagerly taught to despise our elders now), the crayon agendas and mutilation of children, anti-ICE narratives and on and on. People are basically nothing more than lobotomized wind up toys that dance to any suggestion as long as they hear it enough. And then they go out and enforce it with each other like cats sniffing holes.

  2. it is my understanding (and Googles?) that this was, in fact, the LARGEST criminal fine in history

Pharmaceutical company **Pfizer** paid the largest criminal fine in history. In 2009, as part of a record $2.3 billion global settlement, Pfizer paid a **$1.195 billion criminal fine** along with a $105 million criminal forfeiture. This historic penalty was imposed by the U.S. Department of Justice to resolve criminal and civil charges related to the illegal and fraudulent marketing of its anti-inflammatory drug, Bextra.
