For real though, their actual net worth is most definitely an order of magnitude, or two, of the declared numbers. Most of it is typically under their family members’ names and hidden away under a web of benamis (proxies).
As for the cases, lot of them are filed by opposition proxies as and when power is traded back and forth. These cases rarely result in anything but political theatre and headlines.
