Submission Statement: This is to me seems poorly thought out policy tbh. I am not sure the incentives here align to have a good outcome. (Important because EU is a major liberal multinational organization. and AI is the most important new sector of the Economy.)
Frankly I would be just as interested to see a law that mandates companies inform you when your talking to an ai agent instead of a human
