      I have to say, while I used to think I hated every use case of AI, the only thing I’ve seen so far that made me appreciate AI is Trump posting all these hilarious AI videos. Every one he posts a banger. I think it should still be banned and datacenters should be demolished but Trump made me less negative about it

      It is weird that every piece of writing digital or printed after 2022 carries with it the questioning “was this actually written by a person” and that this is the permanent state of things

      I have come to the conclusion that a whole bunch of the preproduction, below-the-line and workflow process of TV production, prestige or otherwise in its commissioning, is stupid and dumb and short sighted.

      What shows need isn’t commissioning 6-8 episodes per season, but upfront costs of development and 2-3 season long commitments. Shows need one season to find its footing and another to find an organic fanbase and audience for retention, and preferably three to wrap up an arc.

      It also helps amortise the costs of standing sets
