Submission Statement:
In spite of supreme court rulings, the president once again is defying their authority by trying to impose by executive fiat new regulations on the 14th amendment that defines birthright citizenship as a constitutional right of every individual born in America.

As long as the children of non-citizens born in the U.S. are being issued their vital documents, his resistance is futile and incomplete. This is mere petulance.
