90% of social media is just addictive poison. And yes that includes reddit. The whole “social” aspect is long gone and now it’s just brainless content with a comment section. Ideally no kid should be on social media.
However I’m always sceptical of the motivation for these bans when they require everyone to upload government identification or facial scans.
It’s probably very attractive to turn a safety feature into a monitoring feature
