He is responsible. His actions and lies were exposed. Leading to consequences for him. That presumable he felt overwhelmed by and took his own life. There’s no one else to blame for his death, it’s silly to pretend otherwise.
Cambridge should have done their homework and not hired him. People who got called racist for doubting him should have never been. Maybe if Cambridge never hired him he would be alive, maybe he would have just lied somewhere else. Quite frankly it doesn’t really matter because at the end of the day it was his choices that lead to this. You can’t blame anyone else for his death, no one else is responsible for his choices.
Personal responsibility remains one of the core principles of conservative philosophy.
