Pretty shitty thread so far
In school, I originally remained seated for the pledge of allegiance for religious reasons (angsty middle school atheist vibes). But then the fact that theres a constitutional right upheld by the supreme court for me to tell the teacher “No” in that specific instance warmed my heart, and now I remain seated for patriotic reasons.
