**In a post to X, Elon Musk wrote, “Derek Chauvin was unjustly convicted of murder, therefore he should be freed. The facts show that he was not the cause of death, nor did he at any time intend for a death to occur. Whatever else he may be, he is not a murderer. That is the truth.”**

He should be set free. He was following procedure. Saint Floyd, hero of the Left, was, again, high on drugs.

I guess a review of an autopsy would be fine but setting him free would be at best premature

He is 100% correct. Chauvin is a modern day martyr and sacrificial lamb given up to the lunatic left. Every single fact in the case pointed to Chauvin’s innocence, yet he is still sitting in prison for doing absolutely nothing wrong. There is body cam footage from the initial interaction with Floyd until the time the ambulance arrives, yet it holds less weight than a still image that was floated around for months before the actual footage was released. This was without a doubt the biggest failure of our justice system that I have ever witnessed.
