Submission Statement.
There has been a rumor going around that the united states power grid is going to collapse and we will have no power for a year or so. We already seen how gary Indiana had no power for 2 weeks now. There has been predictive programming centered around the lights being out for months now.

I remember being told 8 years ago that the US should have made changes to the power grid a very long time ago and that Russia was able to hack in to taunt the US. Makes the whole thing with the CIA director going to Russia seem more important.
