thought it looked a lot like it when I seen the gameplay. glad I’m not alone
Max Payne 2 is one of my favourite games from 360 era. Underrated multiplayer to.
The gun play mechanics look similar. Sure. Which is great, because Max Payne has some of the best shooting mechanics in any game.
And that’s about where the similarities end.
Source: Try stealing a car in Max Payne 3 and driving 20 miles across the map before you go hunting or enter into a race/robbery. Oh right, you can’t. Because Max Payne is a linear 3rd person shooter.
This is like saying Rockstar Table Tennis = Madden 27 because both games have a ball.
Max Payne 3 was really ahead of its time.
Its also depressing how relatively little graphics have advanced since it came out when compared to previous advancements between generations.
